Great flavor. Unexpected texture, kind of like loose tobacco? This seemed to really intensify flavor though. A very soft kind of jerky. May order again.
I don't have experience with South African Biltong, so unlike the other reviewer, I'm rating this on its own. The flavor is amazing, slightly tart and bold. It's cut into thin strips that are very tender. It's extremely difficult NOT to finish off the bag after you've opened it!
I'm a favorite to garlic, just didn't last long enough
Not my fav…a bit too dry in contrast to the sweet tender teriyaki, honey pepper and of course original. The flavor is there however. I’m really enjoying the other flavors I mentioned, your jerky is amazing.
I remember jerky being a salty staple we took hiking and camping. I haven't had jerky that good in years. Everything is sweet and seems to need refrigeration after being opened. Some one mentioned biltong and my search lead me here.
Much easier to chew ( big plus!) and the flavor is great! Salty but not too much. We got the original and garlic. We like them both but my husband would like the garlic to be stronger.
I'll be packing this when we go metal detecting!
