Great flavor - Not that tough!

I've tried the easier to chew and this "tougher" jerky but honestly I found it to be more authentic and not at all hard to chew. When I think of mid-western jerky, this stuff hits the mark. Well-rounded and delicious!

I like the tougher to chew jerky. I just wish this didn't have so much black pepper. It seems all of the flavors are either spicy or full of black pepper. I like to taste the meat itself
