Remember the good ole days before people's mouths were so soft they can't handle jerky tougher than an apple, well reminisce no more.
This has been my search ever since leaving the east coast and access to good ole amish beef jerky. Rip off a chunk and it will keep you busy for a long time, no inhaling a whole bag in 10 minutes like the other jerky

Some of the best damn jerk I have ever had!!!

I like my jerky very tough, dried out with a good smoky flavor. Something you really have to chew on. Maybe Im weird but I like it when I can slap a piece in the corner of my mouth and suck and naw on it for awhile before I chew it up. Rough and tough jerky!!!
