I’m a big fan of lamb so I definitely was excited to try lamb jerky! It was soft and flavorful and I really enjoyed it. The only improvement I could suggest is that it could probably use a little less of the spice blend as to not overpower the lamb flavor.
Tad dry but nice and chewy

I've heard many reviews say it is savory and refreshing to the palette. And they're right. Most of the pieces were soft and moist. Seasonings are not overpowering in the slightest. I smelled the seasonings more than taste them. This jerky did not leave my throat dry like so many.Would consider getting this with all orders.
Honestly I have no idea what lamb is supposed to taste like. This is good though it had kind of a sweet taste to it.
I did see someone say " herbs used are very over powering you can't really taste the lamb its self"
Even if it overpowered the lamb taste that was fine with me because it was still good. Just wish for more of the lamb flavor to stand out more since it is "original"
I would definitely get it again.
