Jerky has good flavor, was a little fatty in some of the bags and did some trimming off of the fat.
Would be nice if you made a Cajun spice one with a little heat in it .

I recently placed my first order from Jerky.com. Received it as expected. Please note that the product comes shipped in individual 2.5 oz sealed packages. I ordered the 2 lb 'bundled'portion. So I received a tad over 2 lbs.

Oh, and most importantly, it is delicious. Perfectly tender but chewy. Tangy. I'll re-order. Eventually.
