To me, this is the perfect jerky. It's tender, but still has enough chew to remind you that it's jerky. It's not overly salty and it actually tastes like beef. It's been a very long time since I've had jerky anywhere near this good. I ordered the original as well as the honey pepper. Both were excellent and I will definitely be ordering again.
This was the low sodium version and the best jerky i have tasted ! Due to the wonderful flavor low sodium was not an issue

Great taste! Enjoyed eating while watching TV, ate a whole bag before I knew it! Will buy more.
The taste was amazing! The texture was incredible! I have issues with my teeth and jaws, so I can't really eat the traditional Jerry because it is too tough & hurts to chew it. This jerky was easy to chew & didn't hurt my jaws. I couldn't put it down. It was gone before I realized it. I highly recommend it! I can't leave a picture because it's gone!
