I finally had the opportunity to try the Honey Pepper Bacon, and let me say it was AWESOME! I was worried that the honey flavor would make the bacon too sweet, but it wasn't. I do wish there was a little bit more pepper flavor, but beyond that, it was perfect. My coworkers enjoyed the little bit I shared with them.

Bacon jerky? I didn’t think bacon could get any better than I tried this. The flavor the texture everything is perfect! Whatever you do don’t carry the bag around with you it’ll disappear before you know it. I suggest always buying 2 bags at a time 1 for you and 1 to fend off the beggars ;) the flavor is subtle enough as to where you can still taste the flavor of bacon but strong enough to actually be able to taste the flavor with the bacon ( very good ratio). The texture honestly is still kind of that of bacon with a little more dehydrated ness to it. It’s not crispy but not soggy it’s not a “normal” jerky texture in my opinion but it’s not a weird texture either I like it. All in all if you like bacon and you like jerky this is something you need to try sooooo worth it!!!
