Close but some good jerky

Honest as I can get. I have no teeth and when I have my dentures in they cover the top of my mouth. Surprisingly enough, at least to me, there are a lot of taste buds up there and everything seems to have its flavor turned down to 50% when wearing them, if that makes sense. With that said, this jerky is perfect. It is thicker than most, lots of flavor and not dry or soft. Did not get what I was looking for though. I'm a friggin eat machine when I take the dentures out at night because everything tastes so much better. Really looking for something with this kind of flavor but cut against the grain of the meat, all of the meat. Occasionally I will get a piece like that and they are amazing without dentures in. They kind of fall apart vs needing to be super chewed. Literally perfect jerky if it was cut against the grain. I do get why it normally is not done that way, in a perfect world though... just saying guys.
