That's a big nope. It tastes like I am eating garlic cloves with parmesan. I love garlic, but this is too garlicky.

Today's date is Saturday, August 17th. I received my order of the Test Kitchen's batch of Garlic Parmesan Jerky. Got home from work and decided to relax and watch a movie with my mother. She caught a whiff of the garlic from across the room. I offered a few pieces for her to try. She enjoyed it until she had the tiny bit of heat at the end. It was enough to notice, but not overwhelming. Probably should have a small warning for those who aren't used to spiciness. I, on the other hand, enjoyed it as-is. I didn't expect the little bite of heat either, but it was good; not too strong but just enough. I would rate this a solid 9/10. I would definitely buy more of this if it was a permanent flavor & in a easy to chew version.
