This has to be the hottest thing I have ever tried. Dummy me I didn't read the statement about heart patients no eating it, but I did survive. I am 70 years young and have been a heart guy for 30 years now. The only thing I can say about it it eat small bites and pay attention to the picture they have on the package warning about the heat. eat lots of ice cream with it......lol.....come on ice cream.

The World's Hottest Beef Jerky was as advertised. It was extremely hot. Gave me hiccups right away. Although it was hot, it lacked any other flavor. It was just, straight up hot. I will say it was definitely the hottest jerky I've had.
The coins are very cool. I have them both and they were worth the challenge.

This was amazing. We loved the heat from this jerky. The spiciness was right on point and it really lived up to the name as well...It really is the hottest jerky.

It’s definitely hot and helped clear up some of my congestion from being sick.
