It was gross. When I describe jerky two words I don’t expect to use are sticky and wet. This is a hard pass for me.

First one we tried!

When we got our shipment, my son saw this one and it was the first to be sampled. WOW! We live up north where they harvest the maple sap and my husband, son and I are big time fans of maple syrup. That flavor is what made this jerky so delicious and satisfying. A little sweet, a little savory, it's a nice change of pace from plain jerky.
